On July 5, 2023, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (“CAFC”) issued an opinion reversing the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin’s decision dismissing—on the basis of res judicata—the induced infringement suit of Appellant, Inguran, LLC (“Inguran”).
